All the basic and essential cooking equipment necessary to produce food products is in place and available for use as part of the hourly fee. Should a specific client require some type of specialized equipment it could be located in the facility with prior approval by the Grange Kitchen board. Use of the production space is available on an hourly basis, as needed by the client entrepreneurs throughout the year. Storage space is available on a limited basis to accommodate the production related needs of companies using the kitchen.

Members share priority scheduling and gain assistance in finding experts to help with the research and development for their business. Additionally, long term commitments to utilize the Grange Kitchen are not required, thereby shifting a producer's production facility expense from a fixed to variable category.
